Shipping fees, processing, tracking, estimated delivery, address corrections, failed deliveries, and courier-related matters are governed by the GLYPH Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, order volume, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, one-time size exchanges, damaged products, incorrect items, and approved refunds are governed by the GLYPH Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your rights to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy when required under applicable Philippine consumer-protection laws.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been confirmed, packed, produced, or handed to the courier. Orders already in transit may only be cancelled when allowed by our policies, agreed upon by GLYPH, or required under applicable law.
